Hi everyone! We're looking for a third roommate for our 3br in central lake view. The apartment is in a great location 4 minutes from the Belmont station and is right by Belmont and Clark, near Northalsted. In-unit W/D, dishwasher, central heat/AC, lots of nice natural light, and a shared back patio. It's the third floor in a 3-flat. Rent is about $1,300 and your move-in date would be June 1.
