We will need a completed application, application fee of $100/applicant, application deposit of $1,800 (equivalent to one month's rent) and a copy of DL to hold the property. Then we will need the last 2 months' pay stubs or a guarantee form to process the application. Once the application is approved, the first full month rent is due at lease signing. We accept Zelle payments to dmiscenter@gmail.com, registered as Trans Pacific Consolidated Enterprises, Inc. There is a $100/mo fee for water, trash and parking.
