It is rented for the winter season January-March but is fully available for 10/15- 12/31/2025 and April 2026- 12/31/2026 or any part thereof. The association security deposit is paid by the owner. The $900 fee is to transfer the golf to you during your stay. It also includes use of all amenities including pickleball, golf, tennis, bocce and the Four seasons pool, cabanas, Bahama bar, Barrel House, Cafe and SO MUCH MORE. There is a 5 mile nature trail for your walking and biking pleasure as well as season long special concerts and events.
