I’m age 38 female homeowner looking for a responsible age 25+ female to rent my duplex basement bedroom which is 15x15 ft. You will get that space to yourself plus a 3 piece washroom for your exclusive use. You can use the side entrance which goes directly downstairs. Kitchen upstairs would be shared, as well as downstairs laundry and the tv room if you wanted. Heat, water, electrical and internet is included in the rent price. Must be ok with dogs in the house, as I have two small ones, but they won’t be in your space. The closet on the right contains the main electrical panel, so it may be necessary to enter the room to access the panel. Notice will be given before this happens. Some furnishings are available if wanted: 5-drawer dresser, arm chair, 6x9 area rug, lamp, towels, microwave. I am open to negotiate on lease term. Very close to #4 bus and Bonnie Doon train station. Location makes a straightforward commute to U of A, downtown or Kings Uni. You must be willing to be interviewed and provide references. Absolutely no smoking or drug use.
