1-bedroom, 1-bathroom home ready for rent! Rent is $1,000 per month. One dog or one cat is allowed, under 40 lbs. To move in, first month's rent and a security deposit are required. If you have a pet, there is a $400 non-refundable pet fee plus an additional $50 monthly pet fee. An application fee of $65 is required for each applicant 18 years of age or older, along with a $150 movein processing fee. A background and credit check are required. Water and lawn service are included in the rent.
