Since I bought the house in 2017 I have finished basement the basement with a bedroom, bathroom and TV room. I added a front and rear deck. Added to the fence to include the side yards for kids/pets. I added a planter to the front, replaced all the old windows, with top-of-the-line windows. Most of the windows are triple paned and have a lifetime warranty that will transfer to the new owner. The exterior doors have just been replaced with top-of-the-line doors that also have a transferable warranty. The exterior has been painted recently. Interior has recently been painted as well and is going to be painted again where needed. Flooring was replaced w/Carpet and premium vinyl that most people think is actually hard wood. Exterior walls have been injected with Rocky Mountain retro foam, which reduces the heating and cooling costs. Fireplace has a cast iron wood burning stove insert that can heat the whole house and you can cook on if the power goes out during a snowstorm. When the Bomb Cyclone hit us in 2019 we didnt have power for a while and the whole house stayed around 70 degrees the entire time. It comes with a washer and dryer in the basement covered by the warranty. Please ask about the secret when you tour the house, and I will share the secret with you at that time. You can walk to everything you might want or need, including grocery stores, restaurants, Dr offices, Dentists, Wonderland brewery, Home Depot, Kohls, Staples, fast food, the public library, a skate park, batting cages, many parks, the local elementary school, yoga, messages, entertainment.
