Unfurnished room in fully furnished 2 bed / 2 bath apartment, 1200ish sq feet, 3rd (top) floor, decent size rooms, all amenities, washer & dyer, brand new central HVAC, new dishwasher, new oven / stove, building has elevator, garage parking (tandem), small pool, jacuzzi, small workout room, etc... The place is right next to the LA river and there are great walks to be had around the area. It's a nice neighborhood (for LA). I walk it daily. You can easily walk to The Fashion SQ Mall, Trader Joe's, The Veteran's Park, Ventura Blvd, Ralph's, Whole Foods, the Library... etc... The room is technically the master bedroom with dual vanity sink, has its own bathroom & tub / shower. A walk-in closet plus a good sized double slider closet, and in-wall shelf/cupboard closets & vanity storage. The flooring was just re-done in the bathroom and vanity area this month. The bills are all split, but we can discuss how that works... I'd say average $75-$150 a month, depending, maybe more in the super hot summer if running the AC a lot. Its a brand new HVAC, so it should be cheaper to operate this year (hopefully). Bills are not etched in stone though.... I'm flexible about the shared bills (and rent) if short term and you seem to be a good fit. I just want to stop spending so much $ every month myself with an empty room. I'll throw in free gigabit internet. (1Gbps down / 40Mbps upload) You: Trustworthy, stable (both mentally & financially), female preferred, but may consider a male roommate. I just don't want it to be a frat house or party central. Me: 56 year old male, from New England, I ride a Harley, walk or uber everywhere I need to go.
