Hi! My name is Karina (24F) and I'm looking for a room mate in the south Denver metro. We are about 30 min from Denver, 45 min from the Springs, and are only 10 min from the Park Meadows Mall, Parker Mainstreet, and plenty of yummy restaurants/cools bars. The house is over 3,000 square feet, has a backyard, a shared study, and the common areas are already furnished as well! The room will be available beginning May 1st. I am looking for a roommate to take the vacant room in a 2-bedroom, 1 shared bathroom home located in the Virginia Village area of South Denver. There is also a shared office as I work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The bedroom comes UNFURNISHED, as does any office equipment you need. In addition to safe street parking and a long driveway, there is a one-car garage. I am open to alternating which car is parked in the garage. The main level of the house itself is approximately 900 sq ft and contains a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen on the left side of the house with two bedrooms, one shared office, one bathroom and a large closet off the hallway to the right. The vacant bedroom sits on the northeast corner of the house and is about 120 sq ft with plenty of closet space and small TV mounted on the wall.
