This is a lovely apartment in a super tranquil area of Brooklyn. The streets are lined with trees and particularly beautiful in the springtime. Ditmas Park is a Historic District with a very suburban feel, yet located close to anything you might need around (coffee shops, delis, supermarkets, laundromats, banks, restaurants/bars, etc...) The apartment is conveniently located two blocks away from the Q subway line, and a 7-minute walk from the B line. I share my place with two adorable cats (Benny and Zumba), and you must be comfortable with having animals around, and at least relatively friendly to them (they live here, too!) They are both super sweet and clean. My place has lots of plants, colors and an overall really nice artsy energy :-) The bedroom is large, with lots of light and closet space. As a note: no overnight guests, please!

The Apartment: It's a four-bedroom on the second story in a three-unit building. There's a combined kitchen/common area with a gas range. Appliances work very very well (and I say this as someone who likes to cook), and there's laundry in the basement. Management is also extremely responsive and does a good job keeping the building in good shape. Utilities are usually an extra $50-$70. The room: it's the largest in the apartment, and it gets tons of natural light. You'll also have a full closet. The location: The apartment is on a quiet block in Bushwick just two blocks from Broadway, so you're very close to the J/Z train (6 min walk) without being affected by the noise of the elevated tracks whatsoever. The street right outside the apartment is also rarely noisy. It's also a 10 minute walk from the M train and a 15 minute walk from the L. The roommates: You'll be living with two men and one woman, all of whom are quiet, open-minded, respectful, and LGBTQ+ friendly. We all get along well. You'll be sharing a bathroom with only one other roommate. Logistics: To qualify, your yearly income will have to be 40x the monthly rent (so you'll have to make $40,800) or otherwise have a guarantor. Management will be very quick with processing your application if you qualify and have your documents in order. Feel free to comment below or PM me if you're interested, and we can schedule a showing!
Quite, spacious bedroom in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. Can fit a full or queen sized bed. No closet in the room, but there is a spacious closet in the hallway. 2 windows in the room lots of natural sunlight. 10 min away from Chase Bank, Planet Fitness, and D Train Station 20th Avenue. 30 min from Coney Island. 1 hour from the city. Apartment is rent stabilized. Rent does increase every year, but not by much. Close to water & beach. Lots of good Asian eateries. Heat & water is included. Electric/gas/internet not included. There are 2 bedrooms. I live in the other room. I'm a friendly, 32 year old professional women working in finance. I work from home all day. In the evening I like to watch trash reality TV, movies or anything on Netflix in the living room. I love to travel, eat out, and go to concerts. I sometimes host dogs in my apartment through Rover, so you may see a friendly furry face around the apartment. I would prefer to live with someone who does a lot of traveling or is rarely home because I WFH all day.
