DESIREE NYGAARD (Has an Apartment). I'm looking to replace my current roommate in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the heart of Los Feliz. The building is very secure, laundry is down the hall, theres a courtyard with a pool, and a grocery store just around the corner. There is 1 parking spot available, we can negotiate who get the parking spot and how we decide to distribute rent. There is AC in the living room but not in the bedroom, but the building stays fairly cool even in the summer.
