One big bedroom with queen bed, night stand, dresser, closet, and a mini fridge. The bathroom(other than showers). Kitchen is a shared area and have dishes and pans to use, if you use them clean them, if you break something let us know. Internet, TV and Utilities included. Parking space needing to figure out(either in the parking lot or on the street behind our building). Needs to be working away from the home 5 days a week. No drinking unless its social. No partying. No pets allowed but need to be friendly to pets because we have a cat. Need to be respectful to the place as well as us and our cat. We are friendly people but need to be respected and to be paid on time. Please bring all your own toiletries, bedding, towels, and your own items you need. If you need a tv we have a spare one but if you have your own or don+rsquo;t want one that+rsquo;s ok too. Laundry is shared in our apartment just be mindful on when others need it. No kids allowed, over night visitors are allowed but by our approval(just ask). References needed. Etransfer or cash only. No checks
