Everything is furnished except the bedroom. Other community amenities include: a pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court, available parking for residents & guests.The rent is $1200 utilities which are usually $100 each per month. Hopefully the utilities will go down soon everything has been more expensive lately. 1st & last month rent and deposit can be paid across a payment schedule.
