No permits required. * Coin operated laundry. * Very centrally located on West side - right next to 10 fwy & the 405 between West LA/Culver/Mar Vista. * Easy access to UCLA, Santa Monica/ Venice Beaches, Downtown Culver * Public transport - 1 block to the bus, the Expo line is under a mile. * Whole Foods is a 3 min drive. Walking distance between 2 Trader Joes, Vons, CVS. * 1 year lease, month to month after The apartment is very international and shared with Damilya (from Kazakhstan) who is very quiet and loves meditation and Bahar (from Turkey) who is basically the nicest human I've ever met. Both are in their mid 40's - quiet, clean, conscientious and looking for the same to create a peaceful sanctuary. Everyone is more comfortable with an all-female home and prefer no overnight guests. * We like to keep the house organized and clean. Our ideal roommate will be similar - quiet, clean, organized, conscientious with a full-time job. * Please treat my home like your home This is a closed, gated community of mainly home-owners with young children so this is definitely not for loud music/TV/parties etc. * Since this is co-living, maturity and open communication is expected and for everyone to equally pitch in to keep the common areas cleanlet's just say as OCD clean as possible ;) * The apartment is an upper floor unit in a 2-story building. The kitchen, porch and living room are the common areas. It has hardwood floors (so we have to walk with a soft step for the people downstairs) and is generally breezy/cool in the summer since it is in the trees. It's a very quiet hideaway with lush vegetation and two pools in a gated community. No central A/C but there is central heat. * First month rent plus the same amount deposit, due prior to move in. I will request credit score, last 2 pay stubs and references.
