I’m currently looking for someone to take over my rent because I’ll be moving back home soon. It’s located in the North west in the highland park area. Due to a change in my personal circumstances, I’ll no longer be staying in the area and need to transfer my lease to someone reliable. The place has been great to live in, along with the area, If you or someone you know is looking for a place, this could be a great opportunity. I live with two great guy roommates who keep a clean and chill environment. We are all in our early twenties and attending school. Hoping for someone that is in the same boat to come and take a look at the place. There is 10 months left of the lease.
