This lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is conveniently situated within walking distance of the U of A campus! This spacious unit includes a refrigerator and oven/range. Tenants are responsible for electric, gas, water/trash ($50 water fee charged to tenant account every month), and internet/cable expenses. Onsite laundry facilities are available. We process applications as we receive and once an application is approved, we reach out for deposit. Deposit secures the unit not the application. Please be aware of scams.
