The place is bright and airy, with a balcony for fresh air. The apartment gets a lot of light but there are black out shades in the bedroom for daytime sleepers. The bedroom has can lighting in the ceiling, wood floors, mirrored closets with a lot of storage, standing dresser and a work desk. There's in-unit laundry and a beautiful private bathroom with marble countertops, a skylight, light up mirror, lots of storage under the sink and shower/bath. This area is a very safe and walkable neighborhood. I love it for it's walkability! It's a 10 minute walk to the beach boardwalk, the promenade and Montana Avenue which is full of cute boutiques, cafes and restaurants. Plus easy to access the freeway and PCH. I have a really cute little rescue dog named Jack. He is 15 pounds, and hypoallergenic. He's clean, and doesn't ever smell. He is very sweet, gentle and rarely ever barks. He will be so excited to meet you!
