Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

I'm a chill 26 y/o living in Smyrna. I work mostly from home and I have a 4 y/o dog. He is a friendly, playful, cuddle bug. He's a Britney spaniel and mini poodle mix, so he is hypoallergenic and doesn't shed. Open to one other pet (preferably a dog). My ideal roommate is a considerate woman (24-34 y/o) who values peace and tidiness. I prefer someone who is kind, clean, respects boundaries, and just has overall good energy - harmonious living space is important to me. Currently at Elm Cumberland hoping to transfer to a 2 bed/2 bath unit around June. Flexible on the date. The complex is gated and has a nice outdoor space that I enjoy often. Rent would be $1500, so $750 each plus utilities and wifi at about $130 each. Overall costs would be under or right at $900 A background check, the application fee, and a $600 security deposit is all that's required. Everything else is covered under my lease transfer.
