• Central air conditioning & heat included in the rent (no extra utility costs for heating & cooling)
• High-end Samsung appliances and large capacity in-suite laundry.
• Underground secure parkade, with stalls available for $150/month for 2 bedroom units only. Public street parking is available for free, for 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units.
• Water is charged a flat monthly fee of $50/month for 1 bedrooms and $75/month for 2 bedrooms.
• Pets allowed with a $25/month per pet fee. We're pet friendly with a maximum of 2 pets per unit, under 40lbs. For dogs we have a few size restrictions (under 20lbs ok, between 20-40lbs requires a pet interview). No dogs over 40lbs, no exceptions.
