Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Hello folks, I'm looking for to rent out two bedrooms in my home for $850 a month each. Rent includes 1 Gbps internet, utilities evenly split between all tenants. Rent is month to month. The home is located in the quite and safe Seven Oaks community, minutes from Reedy Creek Park and about 10 minutes from UNC. Each bedroom includes a large closet and outside the bedroom there is a nice private den with a TV and couch that you're welcome to use. There is one full bathroom upstairs that you will share with the other roommate, but is currently not being used by anyone. The house is 2,600 sqft, 3 bedroom, and 2.5 half bath, with plenty of open living space. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space with a raised counter and dinning room table. There is also an office on the 1st floor that I use to work from home, but that has 1 spare bed that guests can use occasionally. It has a nice fenced wooded backyard. *** More photos to come. ***
