3 bedroom, 1 bathroom beautiful pre war apartment in crown heights. Currently one of the bedrooms is an office, one is a living room and the other is my bedroom. I will change the layout for the right person. Beautiful huge skylight, loft for extra storage or a mattress. Hardwood floors, stone countertops, combo washer/dryer in unit. Full bathroom with gorgeous natural light. On the second floor of a duplex. Close to the children's museum which has a beautiful park next door. 7 minute walk to the C train, 10 minute to 3 train. Free alternate side parking. I am in graduate school and need a quiet place to come back to and study as I have a dog I need to take care of. He is very low maintenance and just wants lots of attention and someone to hold his hand lol. I eat really healthy but don't do a tonnnn of cooking since I'm always on the go.
