Nice house in a nice neighborhood in Westminster right off the highway. About 15-20 min from Denver or Boulder. Really looking for clean, respectful, friendly, easy going people to live with. Accepting of any and all types of people as long as you pay rent and bills on time, aren't trashing the place or having parties and friends over constantly. Cleaning up after yourself especially in the common areas is an absolute must. 420 friendly. Pets are fine as long as they are taken care of and cleaned up after properly. The 2 rooms upstairs are spacious and have good lighting and walk in closets. The 2 people upstairs would share the upstairs bathroom. The basement is fully finished with its own bedroom, bathroom and living room area so whoever lives down there basically has the entire floor to themselves and their own bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the middle ground floor. Rent is $930 per person plus water, electric and wifi. The lease starts August 2024 and is for a full year.
