Hi! I am the owner of a 2 bed/1 bath condo in College Area and am looking for a roommate as my current roommate is sadly moving away. Here are the details: -$1300 (utilities + internet included) -Move-in date: April 29 or 30 -Must be a clean and respectful female roommate in your mid to late 20s/ early 30s, a working professional or in grad school -You will be sharing the space with the owner, who is a female working professional in her early 30's, and is also in grad school -Condo is fully furnished, except the room -The complex has a pool and hot tub -Preferably 1 year lease -No pets or smoking -Contact me with some info about yourself and if it seems like a good fit, we can set up a virtual tour of the space and then an in-person tour if you're interested in the space!
