Overview

The area is great with st Lawrence market , loblaws and farm boy walking distance, as well as union station just up the street. I love to cook and I do not have any dietary restrictions but I will respect you if you do. Of course with any roommate situation there's respect and boundaries and hopefully great chemistry with sharing a living space just like with everything else, balance is key. The condo is rent controlled as well and you will be paying the landlord directly through emt or post dated cheques : ) let me know if there's anything else you would like to know !!
