The apartment is about 1,200 sqft in total and conveniently located at the intersection of Finch & Yonge, right on the subway line! I'm renting out the master bedroom with: 2 huge closets Your washroom and shower Balcony Semi furnished room In-unit laundry Dishwasher Parking available Indoor swimming pool, sauna, squash court, indoor gym Internet and utilities are included Furnished living room and kitchen You will be sharing the kitchen and the living room with me, and I'm lovely :) Your rent will be $1,650 /month *Available May 1st, 2024.* Will require first & last month's rent, proof of income or financial support, a minimum of 6-month commitment (lease), past rental references, and credit check. There will also be a casual in-person or virtual interview with myself to ensure compatibility.
