Hey all! We have a room opening up on 7/1 in our 4 Bed 2 Bath apartment in South Medford/Somerville. Rent is $1,000 not including utilities. Common areas are fully furnished, but the bedroom is not. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, disposal, outdoor space. Located near the Green Line extension at Ball Square, close to Tufts. We are three guys, 22, 25, 31, clean, considerate and respectful looking for a fourth roommate. We are pretty relaxed, like to hike/be outdoors. Weed and drink friendly. 2 of us work remotely, the other in person.
