Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease, ending august 1st, for the apartment I'm currently living in. It's located in greenpoint, Brooklyn, about a seven minute walk from the Nassau stop on the G line. The bedroom is very spacious, it can easily fit a queen bed along with additional furniture. As seen in the photos I've managed to fit a full bed, nightstand, dresser, desk, and vanity comfortably. The room also features bay windows and receives plenty of sunlight, and overlooks a quiet street. There are three other people living in this apartment, all of whom are kind and respectful of boundaries. The monthly rent is $1500 without utilities and the move in date is June 1st.
