Fully furnished room for rent in Rosedale. Room has a queen sized bed, two large closets, a dresser, comfy accent chair, nightstands and a small fridge with freezer. Bedroom also includes blinds and curtains. Bathroom has walk-in shower with double shower heads. Heat, water, electricity, WiFi and cable are included in the price. You'll just need your own linens and television to move in. You can also decorate the bathroom however you like. We will share stove, oven and microwave in the kitchen. House is close to JFK airport (10 minute drive) and is ideal for airport employees or flight attendants. There are multiple options if you work in the city. The Long Island Railroad is an 8 minute drive away and gets to midtown in half an hour. If you don't have a car, you can walk to the bus (about a 10 minute walk), which will drop you right by the Rosedale train station in 5 minutes. There is also an X63 express bus to Manhattan that runs weekdays and is 3 blocks away. Nearest subway E/F is a 20 minute bus ride away. Neighborhood is quiet, except for the summer when people have barbecues. You'll hear birds other than that. Strictly non- smokers please. The lease is six months to start and then month to month thereafter. Background and employment checks will be run before moving in.
