Overview

Do you like the mountains more than the city? This is the place for you. Conveniently located between 6th and 285, it's a quick 10-15 minute drive to golden, red rocks, and the mountains. Renting out two rooms in my house. Both have their own full bathroom, big closet and windows. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood close to the cross street jewell and Wadsworth. Walking distance to the nearest park and bus stop. Internet (100mbps + unlimited data) and trash are included in the rent. Utilities around 50 in the warmer months and 100 in the winter. Fenced in back yard and plenty of storage space between the garage, shed, and basement area. Smoking and vaping are only allowed outside. I own the house so any issues that come up are fixed immediately, as I don't want to have broken utilities either. There is a spare office too that can be used if you work from home.
