Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

My roommate is moving out, and I am in need of a new roommate. I will have one room available once they have moved out in early May. I live in the upstairs unit in an apartment. It sits back behind everything so it's a private area. It's a really beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Right behind downtown New Albany so it's really close to everything, it's a beautiful walk to the amphitheater. It's also right behind the train bridge and you can see the pretty trains go by from the living room window. Gas, electricity and Internet will be separate from monthly rent. We can go halves on everything. Parking is first come first serve in our lot, so it's off street parking. Very nice. If you have a pet there is a pet fee unless you have an ESA certificate.
