Shared living/roommate for rent

Overview

Hey there I have a room for rent available April 1. It is basically a flat style apartment and only has three other living Spaces attached to it. It is a private owned building that I have lived in for about five years. It is a month-to-month lease with a great landlord. I want to say it's about 1000 ft.² maybe a little bit more. The room for rent is a good sized room with a nice size closet and you would also get a bathroom for yourself. It is kind of a creative space because I produce music here and I have an electronic drum set which I play every once in a while.
