It’s two blocks from #4 Bus route, which is 15 min transit to U of A, University Hospitals, and downtown. It’s also a 20 min walk to the new Bonnie Doon LRT station. Other amenities that are walking distance: Mill Creek Pool, Ritchie Market, Kind Ice Cream, Biera, Acme Meat Market, Duchess Bakery and more.The House:This is a large, 2175 sq ft custom built home, with a gated entrance, welcoming stoop, and beautiful cobblestones and brickwork throughout the exterior. I recently renovated the kitchen. I am also an artist and travel frequently to perform. In my spare time I like to cook, work out, go boating, listen to music, and entertain guests. I am very laid back and able to get along with anybody. The other room mate, Marcos, is a 25 year old Mechanical Engineer. He is into fitness, intramural sports, volunteering, and is tri-lingual. We are welcoming people and hope to share the house with someone open and friendly. This set up is ideal for someone who is new to town and looking to meet people or someone who wants to live with fun, hardworking young professionals. Misc:No pets (yes, this includes cats), 21 years+, no preference on gender. Proof of employment, previous landlord/roommate references, 1 month damage deposit, and tenant insurance are required.
