Hi There!We’re a young couple looking to rent two bedrooms (separately) in our shared townhouse. We are offering affordable rent with great perks in exchange for a polite and respectful person to join our household. The downsides are that there is no desk, the storage available is what you see in the bedroom only, and we cannot accommodate bringing your own furniture as the rooms are already fully furnished. Animal-lovers without their own pets are preferred as we have a very friendly medium sized dog and a cat. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is close to parks and southcenter shopping mall.Rent is 700 per month including utilities, available starting April 1 for lease.
