1BR at West 77, Unit 1405. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/1205faf0b4 ---- West 77 is a 25-story River North tower where the big draw is the rooftop: a swimming pool that stays open year-round, a grilling terrace, and serious city views, backed up by a fitness center and a 24-hour concierge who handles your deliveries. The apartments themselves run from studios to three-bedrooms with hardwood floors and private balconies in select layouts, and there's a party room with a catering kitchen if you like to host. You're a 6-minute walk to the Chicago Red Line stop and just 6 minutes from Whole Foods, with Big Shoulders Coffee a minute away and Five Iron Golf and Chicago State Park both right around the corner.
