1BR at Arkadia West Loop, Unit 1705. ---- SCHEDULE A SHOWING ONLINE AT: http://showmojo.com/llz/12888dd0ac ---- Arkadia West Loop is a 33-story tower where the real draw is the rooftop: a 24,000-square-foot sundeck with a resort-style pool, hot tub, fire pit, and grilling niches looking out over 360 degrees of the city. Units come with chef-style kitchens (white quartz, two-tone soft-close cabinetry, gas stoves), wide-plank floors, and a full-size washer and dryer in every home, plus a game room and a private dog run with a grooming station downstairs. You can grab coffee at Moka and Co a few minutes away, walk to Heritage Green Park in about five, and Spectrum Bar and Grill and Dugan's are both close for a quick drink. A Mariano's is a 5-minute walk for groceries, and the UIC-Halsted CTA stop is about 10 minutes out.
