$999 /Month

I'm Veronica, I have a backyard Casita (tiny house) available that has everything you need — private entrance, private bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, small kitchenette, utilities included, and laundry access. Street parking is available. It’s $999 per month, and it’s fully furnished and move-in ready. Located in a quiet, non-smoking home in desirable Ahwatukee - close to shopping, restaurants, hiking trails, and major freeways. Ideal for professionals, traveling healthcare workers, or students seeking a comfortable, move-in-ready space. $500 Security Deposit A little about me: I’ve worked in human resources as an executive for several years. I have a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Arizona State University, a Master of Arts in Organizational Management & Leadership, and a Master of Arts in Adult Education & Training. I’m a former Arizona Cardinals cheerleader. I enjoy walking with a weighted vest and staying active with wellness-focused routines. I recently invested in updating the backyard with a Casita, pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit, and I’m looking for a reliable stream of income while sharing the home with someone considerate. I’d be happy to answer any questions or set up a time to show you the suite. My number is 602-430-6208. Best, Veronica
