Furnished private bedroom with its own bathroom available December 1st in a very modern 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in the heart of Nob Hill (1638 Larkin St). Just bring your suitcase. The unit features stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, in-unit washer/dryer, and two private balconies — one with a fire pit, perfect for SF evenings. Steps to Polk Street's restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, Trader Joe's just blocks away, easy Muni access, and minutes to downtown and Union Square. I travel for work most of the year, so roughly 90% of the time you'll have the place to yourself — my small bedroom stays locked with my things in it, but the living room, kitchen, balconies, and your bedroom + private bath are all yours. A 1-bedroom in Nob Hill averages $4,500/mo — here you get more space for $3,000. No pets. $3,000/month (utilities not included), $3,000 security deposit. Message me to schedule a viewing! The home also includes a private gym with a bench, dumbbells, kettlebells, and a punching bag — no gym membership needed.
