Welcome to our peaceful academic home! Hi! My name is Carla. We are a warm, welcoming Christian family consisting of myself, my daughter, and my granddaughter. I have 2.5 years of experience hosting international students, and we love providing a safe, faith-friendly, and quiet environment where a female student can comfortably focus on her education. About the Space & Location: • Rent: $750/month (All utilities, water, electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi are fully included!). • Location: Located in a beautiful home in Cypress, Texas—just a convenient 20-minute drive to Lone Star College-University Park off Highway 249. • Bathroom: You will have access to a clean, comfortable shared bathroom setup. Household Rules & Cleanliness:I maintain a very clean, organized, and peaceful home. Because I want to ensure a stress-free environment for everyone, I ask that all kitchen spaces, counters, and dishes are cleaned up immediately after cooking. Additionally, the student is fully responsible for keeping the bathroom clean, tidy, and wiped down on a day-to-day basis. I am looking for a roommate who is independent, tidy, and proactive about keeping their shared spaces clean! • Smoking & Drinking: This is a strictly drug-free, smoke-free, and alcohol-free home. No smoking, vaping, or drinking is allowed on the property. • Pets: I currently have a dog who is in the process of being rehomed, so the household will be entirely pet-free soon. Please note that no additional student pets are allowed. • Guests: This is a quiet house for studying; no overnight guests or couples are permitted.
