Once in a generation does this kind of opportunity present itself! The " George W. Taylor House", a Grand Victorian prominently situated in the Battle Green District is being offered for sale after 58 years in the same family ownership. With generous dimensions throughout, this 13 room home retains much of its original period architectural details and hardwood floors. Built on a considerably large lot for the neighborhood, it also features a detached carriage house with an attached one-bedroom apartment. A rare opportunity for the new owner to restore the property to its original stature as a Grande Dame of Lexington.
