You're a one-minute stroll to Polk Street Pier and walking distance to coffee at Necessary Coffee and drinks at First Draft or O'Neil's on Wells when you want to go out. The LaSalle train stop is about ten minutes away and there's a Trader Joe's roughly nineteen minutes on foot, so daily errands and the commute stay easy.
