Nicely updated and set on a rare double lot in a prime location between Short Sands and Long Sands Beaches, this A Frame/chalet style getaway has everything you need to make the most of summer in York Beach. The outdoor space is where this property really shines, with a large, private back deck complete with an awning and mini fridge; because you're never supposed to be too far from a cold one. Nice patio area complete with a firepit for those late nights with friends and family. Inside, you'll love the stylish new granite kitchen, cathedral ceilings with large windows that flood the space with natural light. And then there's the new bathroom; an absolute showstopper featuring a custom tile shower and full height walls and ceilings that make it feel more like a spa than a beach cottage. Worried about the fact that it's currently seasonal with summer water? Don't be. Town water is only about 250 feet away, and the furnace was replaced in 2015. Add in the double lot, great outdoor living space, and unbeatable location between York's best beaches, and you've got the kind of beach house that makes you want to cancel your plans and stay awhile!
