On 2.5 acres above the Caribbean Sea, the luxurious Villa Amarante sits next to the St. Croix Yacht Club, with the beach an easy walk away. The estate is built for hosting: a 3-bedroom, 2-bath main residence paired with a private 2-bedroom guest house, plus a separate buildable parcel (14-H North Slob) -- five bedrooms across the property, giving guests their own space rather than shared quarters. Terraces wrap the elevated main house, catching trade winds and views toward Buck Island. Outdoor living carries the entertaining: a pool with sundeck, covered dining, and indoor-outdoor flow. A gated entrance, diesel generator, and net-metered solar round out the infrastructure. Yacht Club access is next door; beaches, golf, casino, and dining are just minutes away. Villa Amarante is a well-constructed masonry home offering a combination of functionality, quality materials, and expansive outdoor living. The property consists of two large parcels--14-G North Slob with the main residence and guest quarters, and 14-H North Slob, a buildable lot-providing flexibility for future development or added privacy. Set on approximately 2.5 acres, the property captures panoramic views of Buck Island, Teague Bay, and the St. Croix Yacht Club. The residence is designed for durability and efficiency, featuring a Bermuda-style Hypalon roof, impact glass, and solid masonry construction. Interior spaces are enhanced by cathedral ceilings and custom 8-foot mahogany doors and windows, complemented by Brazilian mahogany railings. The kitchen includes a beautiful live edge custom mahogany bar. Private terraces extend from the main and additional bedrooms, creating seamless indoor-outdoor living. Outdoor features include a gated entrance, brick entryway, pool with sundeck positioned 106 feet above sea level, covered outdoor dining area, outdoor shower, and a remote-controlled shade sail on the porch. Interior courtyard and exterior areas are enhanced with energy-efficient LED lighting throughout both buildings. A large storage and mechanical room provides additional functionality. The home is equipped with modern systems designed for island living, including central A/C in the main house with individual room zones, as well as split A/C units serving the poolside bedrooms and living area. Energy systems include 5kW net-metered solar panels and a 20kW automatic diesel generator. Water systems include two recently re-sealed and cleaned cisterns with approximately 28,000 gallons capacity, a UV water filtration system, Rinnai propane water heaters, fresh and gray water drip irrigation, and a wastewater treatment system. The St. Croix Yacht Club is located just moments from the property, providing immediate access for boating and waterfront activities. Duggan's Reef, a well-known East End beachfront restaurant, is approximately 5 minutes away. The Buccaneer Hotel is approximately 15 minutes from the property and offers a golf course, tennis, beaches, and dining. The Divi Carina Bay Resort and Casino is about 10 minutes away, featuring gaming, entertainment, and beachfront access. Point Udall, the easternmost point of the United States, is approximately 15 minutes away and offers panoramic coastal views and a scenic setting. Christiansted is approximately 20 minutes from the property, with historic landmarks, the boardwalk, restaurants, shopping, and access to Buck Island. Several East End beaches are within 5-15 minutes, offering convenient access to swimming, snorkeling, and shoreline enjoyment. Villa Amarante offers a comprehensive combination of structural integrity, utility systems, and outdoor amenities, making it well-suited for full-time residence or seasonal use in a sought-after East End location.
