1,700 /Month

Hi! I’m a 27-year-old teacher looking for a friendly, respectful roommate to share my apartment in Navy Yard, DC. I’m hoping to find someone who is clean, considerate, and enjoys having a friendly home environment while also respecting each other’s space and privacy. The master bedroom is available for $1,700/month and offers plenty of privacy and personal space. The apartment is in a great Navy Yard location with easy access to Metro, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and everything the neighborhood has to offer. A little about me: I’m a teacher, clean, friendly, and pretty easygoing. I like keeping our shared/common spaces clean and organized and would love to live with someone who feels the same way. I enjoy being social and would be happy to occasionally hang out together, but I also value having our own independent lives and schedules. Looking for someone who: * Is clean and respectful * Is responsible with rent and shared expenses * Is friendly and easygoing * Respects shared spaces and personal boundaries * Is comfortable living in a no-pet apartment * Is looking for a positive, comfortable home environment
