Property Id: 2383151 Rent one of three bedrooms in this million dollar upscale, yet cozy lodge - like home. Share the main floor of this three-story home on top of a 300 foot sandstone cliff, called the Rims, and on the north side of Billings. Main floor consists of a vaulted great room with huge fireplace and TV, dining room, kitchen, with new appliances, and office/Den and a large laundry room with washer and dryer on site. Each bedroom has a lockable door and an assigned full bathroom. There's a large family room in the lower level with an additional big TV and the master bedroom has its own full level, including a loft and an outdoor balcony and large TV. There is a beautiful patio out front with fireplace and grill. Large lawn and fenced in backyard with huge trees. Views are awesome of the valley and city of Billings with easy access to both sides of town and a mile from the airport. Great hiking trails right across the road on top of the Rims. The home is ideally suited for three professional workers such as nurses. The king beds could accommodate a couple for a slightly larger rent. Texts are encouraged for questions. I, the landlord, live in Arizona, but I have a local coordinator in Billings, who can give tours and answer questions and solve problems. Diane
