Great opportunity for rehab contractors, renovators, flippers looking for a project, and others who want to make this house a home again. There is mildew and possible mold that need remediation, and some soft flooring, but the house has two kitchens and two full bathrooms, one on each level. The property is in some disrepair but, with some elbow grease, could be great. Interior viewings are available at your own risk; wear a mask. No liability to seller or agent. The property does have power, but bring a flashlight. This property is priced to sell in a neighborhood of $400+ homes. The house is in Oxford but there is a portion that is in Seymour. The house is being sold "AS IS WHERE IS". WE ARE IN MULTIPLE BID SITUATION- IF INTERESTED PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR HIGHEST AND BEST BY 12:00 SUNDAY AFTERNOON 9/27
