Looking for a roommate for a great 2BR/2BA at 340 E 58th St in Midtown East/Sutton Place! Rent is approximately $2,850/person ($5,695 total). Move-in is October 5th, with some flexibility for a later date. The lease runs through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew. The apartment has a 2BR/2BA layout, so we would each have our own private bathroom, plus an in-unit washer/dryer, elevator, and virtual doorman. Great location with Trader Joe’s about 2 minutes away and Whole Foods about 5 minutes away. It’s also under a 10-minute walk to the 4/5/6 and N/R/W trains, with the E/M and F nearby as well. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, and easygoing. Happy to share photos, more details, or hop on a call if you’re interested!
