I have 2 rooms I’m looking to rent in my 3 bedroom first floor apartment. I keep things clean and organized. Respect is huge and conversations will have to happen in order for everyone to be on the same page. Both rooms have full size beds that you’re welcome to use and take with you when you leave for $350. Both rooms also have a decent sized walk in closet . There is a bathroom that would be shared amongst both rooms. There’s a washer and dryer in unit as well as a living and dining space. Applications are $300/per tenant over 18. WiFi is included in the rent. Electric and water would be split , ex. Half/thirds depending on how many adults.
