Roommate Wanted ASAP in SLO for (hidden)st- June 2027 Lease Takeover Hi! Im Mia and i am seeking someone to take over my half in a double room available at Stafford Apartments near Cal Poly. Starting October 1st- June 2027. The location is convenient just a 15-20 minute walk to campus, a 15 minute walk to the bus stop (which also goes to Cuesta College), and a 10 minute drive to Cuesta. Excluding me I have two other female roommates who are super kind & welcoming. My roommate whom I share my current room with is an extremely friendly & a bubbly person. Both roommates are currently in their second year of college. I’m looking for a female roommate who is clean, respectful of shared spaces and routines, and would be comfortable sharing a room with her. Details: Rent: $875 per month (utilities not included)(we only pay electricity it’s about $45 every month but split between 3ppl) You would have the right side of the room! Move-in: Preferably sometime in october = paying deposit + rent in October Lease ends in the end of June!
