I have a three bedroom one and a half bathroom home and everything in the house is brand new. It’s been completely redone. There are two streets that my house actually sits on in both of them are not open to through traffic. So only neighborhood people and deliveries are in this neighborhood. I also have plenty of space for storage if you need to store items in my basement, which is very dry. I am a retired elementary school, principal who, as you might imagine, has a ton of patience and compassion for people’s given situations. We can least month-to-month or we could do 36 or 12 month leases I will allow you to decide. Hope to hear from you.
