The wash machine and dryer are conveniently located in the basement. This suite is best for a single, or a couple to stay. All utilities are included, including internet. So you pay no extra. The house has air condition so it would be very comfortable for the Summer. Huge yard with raised beds and perennial gardens.Parking is on the street.The house has security alarm monitored by a company. You must set the alarm when you leave the house. You don't have to shovel snow or mow the lawn. But when people from main floor are away you must at least shovel the snow.Please note a one year lease is required.
