Roommate Wanted – Oakridge Townhouse $1,200 + ½ UtilitiesI’m looking for a roommate for my 2-bedroom townhouse in Oakridge. I’m renting out the large master bedroom for $1,300/month + half of the utilities.One of the biggest perks of the arrangement is that I work out of town and am only home approximately 3-5 days per month, meaning you’ll have the townhouse to yourself for the majority of the month!The Home:The townhouse is fully furnished, so you’ll only need to bring your bedding, clothes, and personal belongings.
